摘 要:为提高弹箭静态电气检测效率及准确率,基于波段开关及琴键开关各自原理和特点,结合二线法及卡尔文四线法设计出一种弹箭通用静态电气检测箱,并给出了设计过程。在不同弹箭上进行了其通用性验证;以其中一种导弹为例,与人工检测进行了对比试验。结果表明该检测箱对不同类型弹箭的静态电气检测具有通用性,相较于人工检测大幅提高了检测效率及准确率。In order to improve static electrical testing efficiency of missiles and rockets,a general static electrical testing box,considering characteristics of band switch and key board switch as well as two-line method and Calvin’s four-line method,was designed,followed by its design process.The generality was verified for different kinds of missiles and rockets.Additionally,taking one missile as an example,a test was carried out to compare designed testing box and manual detection method.The series of tests show that the designed static electrical testing box can implement static electrical testing for different kinds of missiles and rockets,with a better testing efficiency and precision than manual detection method.
