摘  要:为了研究振荡热管的运行机理和运行过程的安全性,基于VOF方法建立了振荡热管模型,使用Fluent软件对管内工质进行了数值模拟。结果表明:管内压力的变化是推动工质在热管内做振荡运动的原因;当温度高于正常温度范围,热管内部的液膜就会蒸发直至蒸干,产生安全威胁。In order to study the operation mechanism and the safety of the operation process of the oscillating heat pipe,the model of the oscillating heat pipe is established based on the VOF method,and the working fluid in the pipe is simulated by FLUENT software.The results show that the change of the pressure in the tube is the reason for the oscillating motion of the working medium in the heat pipe;when the temperature is higher than the normal temperature range,the liquid film inside the heat pipe will evaporate until it is evaporated to dryness,which poses a safety threat.
