摘　　要：向应用型转型和培育应用型人才是地方高等院校的转型定位和培养目标。本文讨论了现阶段地方高等院校的境遇和遇到的转型期瓶颈,提出了四个具体举措来协助地方院校的顺利转型,主要包括以服务地方为办学特色、建设双能型的师资队伍、综合强化学生素质并加强校地、校企间的亲密合作。Transformation and application-oriented talents cultivated are orientation and training goals for local colleages,respectively.In this paper,it explores the current situation and bottleneck for local colleages in the transition period,and put forward four concrete measures to assist the successful transition,including the characteristics of serving for the local,building a bi-functional faculty team,comprehensively strengthening the quality of students and strengthening the close cooperation between local institutions and enterprises.
