真藓甲醇提取物对肿瘤细胞体外生长的影响

摘　　要：利用AlamarBlue法对不同来源的真藓(Bryum argenteum Hedw.)甲醇提取物在体外分别对4种肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用进行评价.结果表明:不同来源的真藓甲醇提取物对于同种及不同种肿瘤细胞活性的影响不同.野外采集的真藓植株、改良Knop液体培养的真藓原丝体的甲醇提取物对人急性淋巴白血病细胞株Nalm-6和人胚肾细胞HEK293T的生长均表现抑制作用.2种来源的真藓甲醇提取物对HEK293T作用的EC50值分别是15.12,2.14 mg/mL,对Nalm-6作用的EC50值分别是1.19,5.68 mg/mL,对人食管鳞癌KYSE450细胞的增殖无抑制作用.The AlamarBlue assay was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of methanol extracts of Bryum argenteum Hedw.from different sources on the proliferation of four tumor cells in vitro.The results showed that the methanol extracts of B.argenteum from different sources had diverse effects on the proliferation of the same and different tumor cells.The growth of human acute lymphocytic leukemia cell line Nalm-6 and human embryonic kidney cell line HEK293 T were inhibited by the methanol extracts from the gametophyte collected in the field and the protonema of B.argenteum cultured in the improved Knop liquid.The EC50 values of the two kinds of B.argenteum methanol extracts on HEK293 T were 15.12,2.14 mg/mL,respectively,and the EC50 on Nalm-6 were 1.19,5.68 mg/mL,respectively.No inhibitory effect was observed on the proliferation of human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma KYSE450 cells.
