混合痔术后不换药的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的观察混合痔术后不换药的可行性.方法选择2019年8月-12月入住我科需行手术的混合痔患者108例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组患者术后不换药,对照组患者采用我科复方蛋黄油膏纱条常规换药,观察2组患者术后疼痛程度及疼痛持续时间、手术前后外周血白细胞指标、住院时间、创面愈合时间及并发症发生率。结果试验组术后疼痛程度及疼痛持续时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组手术后外周血白细胞指标、住院时间、创面愈合时间及并发症发生率比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论混合痔术后不换药是安全可行的.Objective To investigate the feasibility of No Change Dressing after Mixed Hemorrhoids.Methods One hundred and eight patients admitted to our hospital for hemorrhoids operation from August to December 2019 were randomly divided into two select group,the test group without drug change,the control group with conventional method(Compound Ointment of egg yolk)from our department.The degree of pain and duration of pain,peripheral white blood cell indexes before and after surgery,length of hospital stay,wound healing time,and incidence of complications were observed in both groups.Results The degree of postoperative pain and the duration of pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.There were no significant differences in peripheral blood leukocyte indexes,hospital time,wound healing time,and complication rate after surgery. Conclusion No change dressing after mixed hemorrhoids is safe and feasible.
