双侧宫角悬吊免举宫在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双侧宫角悬吊免举宫在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月于我院接受腹腔镜下全子宫切除术治疗的48例患者,依据盲抽法分为对照组(n=24)与观察组(n=24)。对照组采用举宫器举宫腹腔镜下全子宫切除术,观察组采用双侧宫角悬吊免举宫腹腔镜下全子宫切除术,比较2组围术期指标、阴道疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果观察组术中失血量、住院时间、VAS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组并发症发生率12.50%,相比观察组的4.17%略低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论与举宫器举宫行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术相比,双侧宫角悬吊免举宫腹腔镜下全子宫切除术可有效减少术后出血量,降低疼痛程度,促进患者身体恢复,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effect and application of bilateral uterine horn suspension and free uterine in laparoscopic hysterectomy in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 83 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=42) according to blind sampling. The control group used a hysterectomy device to perform hysterectomy,and the observation group used bilateral uterine horn suspension to free uterine laparoscopic hysterectomy. Compared perioperative indicators,vaginal pain,and the occurrence rate of complications in the two groups. Results The blood loss,hospitalization time and VAS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group incidence rate of 12.20%,the observation group was 2.38%,which was slightly lower,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic hysterectomy with uterine lifting device,bilateral uterine horn suspension free uterine laparoscopic hysterectomy can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding,reduce pain,and promote patient’s recovery,and has high security.
