温肾益气止遗汤联合耳穴压豆艾灸治疗前列腺电切术后尿失禁的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温肾益气止遗汤联合耳穴压豆、艾灸治疗前列腺电切术后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月-2020年5月期间我院前列腺电切术后尿失禁患者50例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温肾益气止遗汤联合耳穴压豆、艾灸治疗。治疗15 d后,对2组临床疗效进行评估,并对比2组治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率(92.00%)较对照组(68.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温肾益气止遗汤联合耳穴压豆、艾灸治疗前列腺电切术后尿失禁效果显著,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenshen Yiqi Zhiyi Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing and moxibustion on the prevention of urinary incontinence after prostatectomy.Methods From July2018 to May 2020,50 patients who underwent electrosurgical prostatectomy in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the enrollees were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,which were the control group(25 cases)and the observation group(25 cases).The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Wenshen Yiqi Zhiyi Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. After 15 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenshen Yiqi Zhiyi Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing and moxibustion is effective in the prevention and treatment of urinary incontinence after prostatectomy,and has high safety.
