摘　　要：文章分析了沙尘暴灾害对人类生产生活、国民经济的影响,基于以往的应急处理经验,提出了利用北斗系统对提高沙尘暴灾害应急指挥能力的信息化以及精确化的新模式,建成集灾害监测、数据分析、指挥管理、信息传递的一体化应急指挥平台。从可行性、实用性、推广价值等方面出发,进行了详细论述。This paper analyzes the impact of sandstorm disaster on human production and life and national economy.Based on the experience of emergency treatment,this paper puts forward a new model of informationization and precision of Beidou system to improve the emergency command ability of sandstorm disaster,and builds an integrated emergency command platform which integrates disaster monitoring,data analysis,command management and information transmission.From the feasibility,practicability,popularization value and so on,has carried on the detailed discussion.
