摘　　要：电信网络IP化是重要趋势,IP网络承载业务种类和数量越来越多,网络运营商一般通过扩建网络、提升带宽和容量予以应对,但因缺少有效的感知承载业务内容的手段,扩容建网成本赶不上业务类型爆发式增长带来的网络资源消耗。网络运营商如何进行精细化运营、感知业务类型进行有差别的计费,同时区分本地网/长途网等业务流量,将昂贵的业务或长途网费用精确分摊至入网用户。这些业务运营模式需要对用户业务流量进行精细化区分和识别的技术,传统Netflow等方案虽然可以针对流量进行区分,但是由于受性能影响,只能对用户报文流量进行采样统计,精确度不能实际应用到对入网用户的差异化计费控制。文章研究的基于IP网段计费和控制技术可以有效解决上述问题,相比传统方案,实现用户业务流量统计分析粒度提升5倍以上,满足网络运营商基于入网用户级的精细化业务计费控制运营需求。The IP of telecommunication network is an important trend,IP the network carries more and more kinds and quantity of services,network operators generally deal with it by expanding the network,increasing bandwidth and capacity,but because of the lack of effective means to perceive the carrying of business content,the cost of expanding and building the network can not catch up with the consumption of network resources brought by the explosive growth of business type.Network operators how to fine operation,perceived service types for differential billing,at the same time distinguish the local network/long-distance network and other business traffic,the expensive business or long-distance network costs accurately apportioned to network users,these business operation modes need to refine the user traffic area Although the traditional Netflow and other schemes can distinguish traffic,but limited by the performance,can only sample the traffic statistics,the accuracy can not be applied to the differential billing control.Compared with the traditional scheme,the IP network segment-based billing and control technology can effectively solve the above problems,and the granularity of user traffic statistics analysis can be increased by more than 5 times,which can meet the operational requirements of network operators based on network user-level refined service billing control.
