摘  要:分析了某1000MW超超临界汽轮机超高压外缸汽封档和接配面的技术要求、加工难点。针对加工部位精度要求高,密封要求严,加工中装卡难度大,刀具和切削参数的选择困难等问题,全面优化了工艺方案,技术措施得力。The technical requirements and processing difficulties of the super-high pressure outer cylinder steam seal and mating surface of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine have been analyzed.In view of the high precision requirements of the machining parts,strict sealing requirements,difficulty in clamping during processing,and difficulty in selecting tools and cutting parameters,the process scheme has been fully optimized and technical measures are effective.
