摘　　要：目的探讨影响宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术用于难治性功能失调性子宫出血疗效的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2017年6月—2018年6月我院接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗的难治性功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料,依据手术疗效将入选者分为疗效较好组(50例)与疗效较差组(10例)。记录一般资料,对可能影响患者手术疗效的因素进行分析。结果疗效较差组患者年龄(<49岁)、病程(≥1年)、宫腔深度、贫血占比均高于疗效较好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析发现,年龄(<49岁)、病程(≥1年)、宫腔深度(≥9 cm)、贫血为导致功能失调性子宫出血患者手术疗效较差的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、病程、宫腔深度、贫血均为导致宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者手术疗效较差的相关因素。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of efficacy of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium in refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods The clinical data of patients with refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding who underwent hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All selected cases were divided into good efficacy group(50 cases)and poor efficacy group(10 cases)according to the surgical efficacy.The general data were recorded,and the possible influencing factors of surgical efficacy were analyzed.Results The proportion of age(<49 years old),course of disease(≥1 year),depth of uterine cavity,anemia in poor efficacy group was higher than that in good efficacy group(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that the age(<49 years old),course of disease(≥1 year),depth of uterine cavity(≥9 cm),anemia were risk factors of poor surgical efficacy in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding(P<0.05).Conclusion The age(<49 years old),course of disease(≥1 year),depth of uterine cavity(≥9 cm),anemia are related factors of poor efficacy of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
