摘　　要：目的通过统计和分析血站非检测不合格血液报废原因,制定有效的预防控制措施,最大程度地降低血液报废率,节约宝贵的血液资源。方法统计2014年—2018年我中心非检测不合格血液报废率及产生的原因,提出预防措施。结果通过分类比较非检测不合格血液报废原因和报废率,由多到少依次为:脂肪血(90.03%)、采血不足量(2.56%)、颜色异常(1.7%)、凝块(1.26%)、溶血(1.17%)、血袋破损(1.14%)等。全血主要为采血不足量,悬浮红细胞主要为凝块和溶血,血浆类制品和单采血小板主要为脂肪血。结论血站应针对非检测不合格血液报废的不同原因采取相应的预防措施,并通过改进,将血液非检测报废率控制在一个较满意的水平,从根本上减少不必要的血液报废,提高血液利用率。Objective To make the effective preventive measures by analyzing and exploring the cause of scrapped blood non-test unqualified in blood center in order to reduce the unqualified rate of blood to the utmost extent and save the precious blood resources.Methods The reasons and the scrapped rate of blood,which were related to non-test unqualified in Yunnan Kunming Blood Center from 2014 to 2018,were analyzed.Results The scrap reasons and the scrap rate of the non-testing unqualified blood are the following items by classification and comparison:the fat blood(90.03%)、the blood collected Insufficiently(2.56%)、the abnormal color(1.7%)、the clot(1.26%)、the hemolysis(1.17%)、the broken package of blood(1.14%)and etc.The scraped whole blood is concerning on the blood collecting Insufficient.The main reasons of the scraped RBC are the clot and the hemolysis.The fat blood results in scraping primarily on the plasma products and the platelets.Conclusion For the status quo of blood scrapping due to non-test unqualified in blood center,technicians should,according to different causes,take corresponding preventive measures to control the scrapped rate of blood at a satisfactory level.Thus,the rate of unnecessarily scrapped blood could be expected to be reduced fundamentally and the usage rate of qualified blood could be increased.
