摘　　要：目的探讨应用主成分分析法对医疗质量进行综合评价的可行性及价值,为相关科室提升医疗质量提供参考,及医院管理者决策提供依据。方法选取有代表性的10个指标,对指标同趋势化后进行标准化处理,运用SPSS17.0进行主成分分析,利用主成分分析的结果对医疗质量进行综合评价。结果共提取3个主成分,分别体现了医院诊疗质量、工作强度、床位投入三方面的情况。产二科的综合评价得分最高,急诊综合病房的得分最低。结论主成分分析法应用在医疗质量综合评价中效果理想,能够较好地为医院管理者提供依据。Objective To explore the feasibility and the value of applying of principal component analysis to comprehensive evaluation of medicla quality,and to provide reference for improving medical quality in relevant departments,and to provide basis for hospital managers to make decisions.Methods 10 representative indicators were selected and standardized after the indicators were trending.The principal component analysis was carried out by using SPSS17.0.The results of analysis were used to comprehensively evalute the medical quality.Results A total of 3 principal components were extracted,which respectively reflected the hospital's diagnosis and treatment quality,work intensity and bed investment.The score of the second obstetrics department was the highest and the general emergency department was the lowest.Conclusion The principal componet analysis is an ideal method in the comprehensive evalution of medical quality and can provide a good basis for the hospital managers.
