摘　　要：基于物理发泡方法,制备出孔结构参数和性能不同的预制泡沫,研究其在地质聚合物净浆内部随时间和空间变化的迁移规律,探究了地质聚合物泡沫混凝土(GFC)的气孔结构形成机理,并建立了预制泡沫与GFC试件宏观性能和孔结构参数之间的联系.同时,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了不同预制泡沫配合比条件下GFC试件内部孔结构的微观形态.结果表明:孔结构参数和性能不同的预制泡沫在地质聚合物净浆内部会进行有差异的迁移,进而影响GFC试件的成孔过程及相关性能.Based on the physical foaming method,precast foams with different properties and pore structure parameters were prepared,and their migration law in the geopolymer paste over time and space was investigated.Then the pore structure formation mechanism of geopolymer foam concrete(GFC)was explored.Furthermore,the relationship between the precast foam with different pore structure parameters and the GFC macroscopic properties was established.In addition,the microscopic morphology of GFC internal pore structure with different precast foam ratios was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that precast foam with different properties and pore structure parameters undergo different migration processes inside the geopolymer paste,which affects the properties and pore formation process of GFC.
