益气养阴温心汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析老年冠心病应用益气养阴温心汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法选入2018年12月-2019年12月于医院进行治疗老年冠心病患者76例,以随机数字表法的形式将其分为观察组和对照组,各组38例。对照组酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组在此基础上加行益气养阴温心汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果,室性早搏数、房性早搏数、交界性早搏数、治疗前后两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白变化、心率和QTD的变化。结果①观察组治疗效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);②观察组室性早搏数、房性早搏数、交界性早搏数低于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗前,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的变化均优于对照组,组间具有统计学意义(P<0.05);④治疗前,两组心率和QTD的变化无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组心率和QTD的变化低于对照组,组间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗老年冠心病采用益气养阴温心汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,临床效果优于单一治疗,能有效地改善临床症状,稳定心率和QTD变化,更有利于恢复,值得在临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with Yiqi Yangyin Wenxin decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate.Methods 76 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and reference group in the form of random number table method,38 cases each.Reference groups tartaric acid metoprolol therapy treatment,observation group based on the line qi and warm heart soup treatment,compared two groups of treatment effect,number of ventricular premature beat,room premature beat,the number of border sex premature beat,the two groups before and after the treatment total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c)change,the change of heart rate and QTD.Results The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The number of ventricular premature beats,atrial premature beats and borderline premature beats in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there were differences between groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the changes of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the changes of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate and QTD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the changes of heart rate and QTD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of senile coronary heart disease with Yiqi Yangyin Wenxin decoction combined with tartrate metoprolol has bett
