摘　　要：功能性消化不良(functional dyepepsia,FD)是临床上一种常见的功能性胃肠疾病,具有较高的发病率,严重影响着患者的身体健康与生活质量,给患者带来了巨大的精神压力与经济负担。现代研究对功能性消化不良的发病机制尚未完全阐明,本病并没有实质器官上的病变,更加增大了对本病研究的难度系数。西医学对功能性消化不良发病机制的研究主要集中于胃肠动力障碍、胃肠激素分泌紊乱、内脏高敏感性、脑-肠轴、HP感染及胃酸分泌异常等,西医治疗以改善胃肠动力、调节胃酸分泌、抗焦虑抑郁、抗幽门螺杆菌感染、保护胃黏膜等措施为主。治疗多采用对症治疗等方式,不良反应与易复发等问题较为突出,仍需要进一步探索研究。中医认为本病的病位主要在胃,与肝脾相关,其病机为中焦气机不利,脾胃升降失职。中医药在治疗功能性消化不良上具有独特的优势,以辨证论治与中医理法方药理论相结合,全方位、多角度共同调节。同时中医在西医传统治疗的方法上,更好的沿袭了西医药治疗本病的优势之处,逐步的形成了功能性消化不良今天的中医治疗新模式、新篇章,具有广阔的临床应用价值与前景,从辨证论治的基础上,多靶点、全方位调节,疗效显著。功能性消化不良在今天的治疗中往往采用中西医相结合的方式,辨证与辨病相结合,整体与局部相兼顾,共同达到最有效的治疗目的。Functional dyspepsia,a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease,has the high incidence of a disease,seriously affecting the patient’s body health and quality of life.The patients are of great mental pressure and economic burden.Modern studies have not fully elucidated the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia,and the disease does not have lesions on substantial organs,which further increases the difficulty coefficient of the study on the disease.Medicine research on the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia is mainly focused on the gastrointestinal disorders,gastrointestinal hormone secretion disorder,visceral high sensitivity,brain-axis,abnormalities of the Helicobacter pylori infection and gastric acid secretion.The Western medicine treatment is mainly to improve the gastrointestinal dynamics,adjust the gastric acid secretion,anxiety,depression,resist Helicobacter pylori infection,protecting gastric mucosa.The treatment mostly adopts symptomatic treatment and other methods,and the problems of adverse reactions and easy recurrence are more prominent,which still need further exploration and research.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease is mainly located in the stomach,related to the liver and spleen,and its pathogenesis is abnormal Qi movement of middle-Jiao and spleen and stomach failing to work normally.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which is combined with the theory of syndrome differentiation and the theory of Chinese medicine prescriptions,comprehensive and multi-angle regulation.At the same time,with the advantage of western medicine treatment of the disease,traditional Chinese medicine has gradually formed the Chinese medicine treatment model which has a broad clinical application value and prospect.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,multiple targets and comprehensive adjustment,the curative effect is remarkable.Today,the treatment of functional dyspepsia is often to combine Chinese and western medicine,syndrome
