摘 要:利用有限元法研究了LZO-8YSZ双陶瓷层热障涂层的初始残余应力分布状态,研究了LZO厚度对隔热性能和初始残余应力场的影响。结果表明,界面边缘处容易形成应力集中。在相同的陶瓷层厚度情况下,LZO-8YSZ双陶瓷热障涂层的初始残余应力低于单一YSZ陶瓷层热障涂层和单一LZO陶瓷层热障涂层。随着LZO厚度的增加,涂层的隔热效果越好,但涂层内的残余应力以及界面残余应力都相应提高。当LZO厚度100μm、YSZ厚度300μm时,热障涂层的初始残余应力最低。The initial residual stress distribution of LZO-8YSZ double ceramic thermal barrier coating was studied by finite element method.The effect of LZO thickness on thermal insulation and initial residual stress field was studied.The results show that stress concentration is easy to form at the edge of the interface.The initial residual stress of LZO-8YSZ double ceramic thermal barrier coating is lower than that of single YSZ ceramic thermal barrier coating and single LZO ceramic thermal barrier coating at the same ceramic thickness.With the increase of LZO thickness,the insulation effect of the coating is better,but the residual stress inside the coating and the interface residual stress are increased correspondingly.When LZO and YSZ thickness is 100μm and 300μm,respectively,the initial residual stress of thermal barrier coating is the lowest.
