摘 要:针对方坯连铸结晶器内钢水流场数值模拟分析问题,利用开源软件OpenFOAM的灵活性和可扩展性,对其多相流求解器multiphaseInterFoam进行代码修改,以适应模拟计算要求。利用所开发的程序计算了方坯连铸结晶器内的钢水流场,探讨了对方坯连铸结晶器内多相流场进行数值模拟计算分析的可行性。计算结果表明:结晶器四水口流场复杂不对称,在保护渣上表面稳定的情况下仍有卷渣可能。Aiming at the numerical simulation analysis of molten steel flow field in square billet continuous casting mold,the flexibility and expansibility of open source software OpenFOAM was utilized to modify the code of its multiphaseInterFoam solver to meet the requirements of simulation calculation.The flow field of molten steel in square billet continuous casting mould was calculated by using the developed program,and the feasibility of numerical simulation and analysis of multiphase flow field in billet continuous casting mould was discussed.The results show that the flow field at the four orifice of the mould is complex and asymmetric,and slag entrapment is possible even if the surface of the slag is stable.
