摘　　要：目的分析黔东南州2016年-2018年HIV/AIDS患者病毒载量检测结果和治疗情况,为改善和提高黔东南州艾滋病防治工作提供技术支持。方法通过收集2016年-2018年黔东南州辖区HIV/AIDS接受国家免费高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)患者的血浆进行HIV-1病毒载量(HIV-1 RNA)检测,对检测结果及相关信息统计分析。结果2016年-2018年总体情况,各年病毒载量检测结果在低值、高值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男、女各年病毒载量检测结果在低值、中值、高值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各年龄组之间,各年病毒载量检测结果在低值、高值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2016年-2018年病毒学治疗失败率,各年病毒载量检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抗病毒治疗需长期坚持,依从性与病毒学结果、治疗效果有关。Objective To analyze the viral load test results and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients in Qiandongnan Prefecture from 2016 to 2018,and provide technical support for improving the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS in Qiandongnan Prefecture.Methods HIV-1 viral load(HIV-1 RNA)was collected from HIV/AIDS patients receiving national free highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)in Qiandongnan Prefecture from 2016 to 2018,and the test results and relevant information were statistically analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2018,the annual viral load test results showed statistical significance on the difference between low value and high value(P<0.01),while the median value showed no statistical significance on the difference(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance on the differences in the annual viral load test results between male and female in low,medium and high values(P>0.05).Among all age groups,the annual viral load test results showed statistical significance on the difference between low value and high value(P<0.01),while the median value showed no statistical significance on the difference(P>0.05).Virological treatment failure rate from 2016 to 2018 and annual viral load test results showed statistical significance on the difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Antiviral therapy needs long-term adherence,and compliance is related to virologic results and treatment effect.
