海金沙的临床应用及质量控制研究进展

摘　　要：总结海金沙的临床应用及质量控制研究进展,探讨海金沙开发应用前景及有待深入研究的内容。对近年来海金沙相关文献进行查阅、分析研究成果及存在问题,探讨未来研究趋势。海金沙临床主要用于慢性前列腺炎、各类结石、带状疱疹及小儿高钙等症的治疗,其质量控制研究主要集中于真伪鉴别、化学成分方面。海金沙目前临床应用仅集中于传统功效,缺乏对抗氧化、抑菌、降血糖等现代药理作用的临床疗效探讨,其药用部分主要集中于孢子,尚需要对海金沙地下部分(铜丝藤根)进一步开发研究,扩大其临床用药范围。It was to summarize the research progress of clinical application and quality control of Haijinsha(Lygodium iaponicum)and explore the application prospects of Haijinsha(Lygodium iaponicum).In recent years,Haijinsha(Lygodium iaponicum)related literature has been reviewed,analyzed and researched,and existing problems have been explored.As a result,Haijinsha(Lygodium iaponicum)is mainly used for the treatment of chronic prostatitis,various types of stones,herpes zoster and children with high calcium.The quality control research mainly focuses on the identification of authenticity and chemical composition.The current clinical application of Haijinsha(Lygodium iaponicum)only focuses on traditional efficacy,and lacks the clinical efficacy of anti-oxidation,antibacterial,hypoglycemic and other modern pharmacological effects.The medicinal part is mainly concentrated on spores,and it is still necessary to the analyze the underground part(the root).Further research and development will be carried out to expand the scope of clinical use.
