摘　　要：冠心病是一类临床的多发病和常见病,在中医范畴内称之为"胸痹心痛",其临床表现多样,病机特点也各异,因此在临证工作时,辨证侧重点有着很大的不同。自古代开始,就有很多中医家在辨证论治时以痰浊、瘀血为主,《丹溪心法》载有"痰夹瘀血,遂成窠囊"的说法。近10年以来临床上应用化痰祛瘀法治疗冠心病的文献报道增多,导师在实践工作中也发现痰瘀互结证已成为冠心病的基本证候,痰浊和瘀血二者既为病理产物,又为致病因素,二者相互影响,相互夹杂,相互为病,故治疗上应注重痰瘀同治。充分查阅古代中医古籍,在继承和发扬中医先贤研究基础上,结合近现代的文献研究,从冠心病的古籍论述、冠心病病机特点、冠心病痰瘀互结证、近现代对化痰祛瘀方的发扬等几大方面,来论述化痰祛瘀方治疗冠心病的近现代研究。Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.It is called"chest Bi syndrome and heart pain"intraditional Chinese medicine.Its clinical manifestations are diverse and its pathogenesis is different.Therefore,the emphasis of syndrome differentiation is very different in clinical work.Since ancient times,there have been many Chinese physicians’syndrome differentiation was mainly phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis.Danxi Xinfacontains the saying"phlegm with blood stasis can lead to diseases".In the past ten years,more and more articles have reported the treatment of coronary heart disease with the method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis.In practice,the author’s tutor also has found that the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis has become the basic syndrome of coronary heart disease.Phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis are both pathological products and pathogenic factors.They interact with each other,mix with each other,and are diseases.We should pay attention to the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis.On the basis of inheriting and developing the researches of the ancient Chinese medicine sages and combining with the modern literature research,this research fully consulted the ancient Chinese medicine books,discussed the treatment of coronary heart disease by Huatan Quyu Prescription from the aspects of the ancient books of coronary heart disease,the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease,and the development of Huatan Quyu Prescription in modern times.Modern and contemporary studies of diseases are hereby arranged to be of the same kind.
