基于近红外光谱法对温郁金源3种药材的快速鉴别

摘　　要：目的建立温郁金源3种药材的近红外快速鉴别方法。方法采用近红外光谱法结合主成分分析-马氏距离判别分析方法建立定性鉴别模型,并对鉴别模型进行预测集验证。结果实验选取谱段为9881.46~4119.20 cm^-1,采用"标准正则变换+原始光谱"组成对原始光谱进行预处理,主成分数为9,建立定性鉴别模型;并经预测集验证,鉴别准确率达到100%。结论说明建立的近红外光谱结合模式识别方法对温郁金源3种药材的定性鉴别在技术上是可行的,可以作为对温郁金源3种药材的快速鉴别。Objective To establish a rapid near-infrared identification method for three medicinal herbs from Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling.Methods Near-infrared spectroscopy was used in combination with principal component analysis-mathematical distance discriminant analysis to establish a qualitative discriminant model,and the discriminative model was verified by a prediction set.Results The spectrum of the experiment was selected to be 9881.46~4119.20 cm^-1,and the original spectrum was pre-processed with the"standard canonical transform+original spectrum"composition.The number of principal components was 9 and a qualitative discriminative model was established.The accuracy was verified by the prediction set.The rate reached 100%.Conclusion The established method of near-infrared spectroscopy combined with pattern recognition method is feasible for the qualitative identification of the three medicinal materials of turmeric,and it can be used as a rapid identification of the three medicinal materials of turmeric.
