冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用左西孟旦联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽(新活素)治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭(ADHF)的有效性及安全性。方法抽取2018年7月至2019年10月濮阳市人民医院收治的110例ADHF患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组55例。研究组加用冻干重组人脑利钠肽、左西孟旦,对照组加用冻干重组人脑利钠肽,记录两组用药前后心功能指标变化情况及药物不良反应。结果两组治疗前左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩膜期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0 .05),治疗后研究组LVEDD、LVESD较之前下降幅度及LVEF提高幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间各项药物相关不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用左西孟旦、冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗ADHF患者的有效性及安全性均较优。Objective Toinvestigate the efficacy and safety of levosimendan combined with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(neotropin)in patients with acute decompensated heart failure(ADHF).Methods A total of 110 patients with ADHF admitted to Puyang people’s Hospital from July 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The study group was added with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and levosimendan,while the control group was added with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide.The changes of cardiac function indexes and adverse drug reactions were recorded before and after treatment.Results The left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular systolic membranous diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and other cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment,the differences were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVED,LVESD in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment,LVEF was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of levosimendan and lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide is more effective and safe in the treatment of ADHF.
