摘　　要：绝经前后诸症为妇科常见疾病,严重困扰中老年女性的生活,正确认识该病的病因病机是取得疗效关键之所在。导师王希浩教授长期致力于研究女性内分泌与生殖免疫调节方面相关疾病,尤其是绝经前后诸证,在临证中积累了宝贵的治疗经验。笔者通过典型病例,总结导师治疗该病时的用药经验和临床感悟。Menopausal disorders are common diseases in gynecology,which seriously disturb the lives of middle-aged women.Correct understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease where is the key to achieve the effects.Instructor Professor Wang Xihao has long been committed to researching female endocrine and reproductive immune regulation related diseases,especially the menopausal disorders,and has accumulated valuable experience in clinical treatment.Through typical cases,the author summarizes the tutor’s medication experience and clinical perception when treating the disease.
