摘　　要：中国石化党校坚持“党校姓党”,遵循习近平总书记关于党性教育的一系列重要论述,把党性教育作为对国有企业领导干部的政治要求、坚持“党校姓党”的原则要求和党员干部全面成才的实践要求,全面把握党性教育的本质内容,指导学员认真学好“四史”,不忘初心使命;感受伟大成就,坚定“四个自信”;强化理想信念,防范“四大危险”。还通过“七上一里”“加减乘除”“三个加强”等具体方法切实提升了党性教育的质量实效,朝着“建设央企一流党校、世界一流企业大学”的愿景不断迈进。SINOPEC Party School adheres to the "Party school’s family name is the Party", and follows a series of important expositions on Party spirit education by General Secretary Xi Jinping. SINOPEC Party School takes Party spirit education as the political requirement for leading cadres of state-owned enterprises, and as the practical requirement for their personal comprehensive growth. The School grasps the essential content of Party spirit education, and guide students to seriously learn the "Four Histories" and not forget the original mission, to feel the great achievements and strengthen the "Four Confidences", as well as to strengthen ideals and beliefs and prevent the "Four Dangers". Through specific methods such as the "Seven On’s and One In", the "Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division", and the "Three Enhancements", the quality and effectiveness of Party spirit education have been improved, enabling the School to make continuous progress toward the vision of building a first-class Party school for central enterprises and a world-class corporate university.
