构建党建与业务“四同工作机制” 全面提升企业党的建设质量

摘　　要：坚持党建工作与业务工作同谋划、同部署、同推进、同考核,是落实新时代党的建设总要求,落实全面从严治党责任,推进党建“第一责任”和推动发展“第一要务”有机融合,提高党的建设质量、促进高质量发展的重要路径和抓手。为此本文围绕党建工作与业务工作的高度整体性、关联性和契合性,实现深度对接、融合发展,进行实践探索,以期为有效解决“两张皮”等难题,全面提升党建质量提供相关参考。To plan, deploy, promote and assess Party building work simultaneously with business development(hereinafter referred to as "four-simultaneously" mechanism) is an important path and approach to implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era, fullfil the responsibility for exercising full and strict Party governance, promote the integration of the "first responsibility", which is to promote Party building, with the "first task", which is to promote company development, improve the quality of Party building and promote high quality development. In this connection, the paper looks into the relationship between Party building work and business development which are highly integrated and highly relevant to and compatible with each other, and explores the deep synergy and co-development between the two, in a bid to inform the efforts to effectively solve such problems as "two skins" and improve the quality of Party building in an all-round way.
