企业培训机构数字化转型的思考

摘　　要：“面对数字化浪潮,企业唯一错误的举动就是什么也不做。”所以,不要畏惧变革,想清楚企业所处的阶段,明确数字化该做什么、不做什么,加以实践应用,就会获得数字化的丰硕成果。石油化工管理干部学院作为中国石化主要的专职教学培训单位,在教学培训数字化转型方面,尤其需要进行深入的思考和进一步的实践。智慧学院项目建设作为学院数字化转型的具体实践,将会为企业培训机构数字化转型方向提供有益参考。"Facing the trend of digitization, it is obviously wrong to do nothing for an enterprise." Therefore, there would be fruitful results in digitization if the enterprises are not afraid of change, and try to analyze the current condition of the enterprise, clarify what they should do and should not do in digitalization, and then put them into practice. SINOPEC Management Institute is the only full-time training center of SINOPEC, whose Information Technology Center needs to make in-depth thinking and further practice in the digital transformation of teaching and training. As the concrete practice of the institute’s digital transformation, the project of Smart Institute will provide some useful references for the digital transformation of enterprise training institutions.
