摘  要:为了摸索仿生药剂对美国白蛾的防治效果,本试验选用3种药剂即0.3%苦参碱水剂、20%虫酰肼悬浮剂、5‰印楝素乳油,在湖北大悟县娘娘顶林场开展美国白蛾幼虫喷雾防治试验。结果表明:0.3%苦参碱水剂4000倍液,药后第5 d美国白蛾幼虫平均校正死亡率为98.86%;20%虫酰肼悬浮剂2000倍液,药后第5 d平均校正死亡率为94.32%;5‰印楝素乳油4000倍液,药后第5 d平均校正死亡率为97.73%。3种仿生药剂校正死亡率均在94%以上,防治效果好。若采取交替用药,则可避免产生抗药性,能有效降低美国白蛾造成的危害。In order to find out the control effect of bionic pesticide on the larvae of Hyphantria cunea,three kinds of agents,namely 0.3%Matrine water,20%Tebufenozide suspension,5‰Azadirachtin EC,were selected in this experiment.spraying experiment on the control of Hyphantria cunea larvae was carried out in Niangniangding forest Farm of Dawu County,Hubei Province.the results showed that 0.3%Matrine solution diluted 4000 times had the best control effect after 5 days,and the average corrected mortality was 98.86%.20%Tebufenozide suspension concentrate diluted 2000 times was the best after 5 days,the average corrected mortality was 94.32%.5‰Azadirachtin emulsifiable concentrate diluted 4000 times,the best control effect after 5 days,the average corrected mortality was 97.73%.The emendation mortality of the three bionic pesticide was above 94%,and the control effect was good.If we take alternative bionic pesticide to avoid the emergence of resistance,the damage caused by Hyphantria cunea can effectively reduce.
