摘　　要：通过回顾“十三五”期间国内化工新材料行业发展现状及存在问题,结合相关制造业发展对新材料的需求,提出化工新材料“十四五”发展重点和实施路径。In this paper,the development status and existing problems of new chemical materials industry in China during the 13th Five-Year are reviewed.Combined with the development of related manufacturing industry,the specific implementing approach of advanced chemical materials in the“14th Five-Year”period is put forward.
