基于第七届军运会背景下基层部队游泳训练现状的困境与突破分析

摘　　要：中国军体队在第七届军运会游泳项目上斩获奖牌第一的同时,基层部队游泳训练陷入困境。如何打破与突破基层部队游泳训现状困境,成为基层训练的一道难题。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对60名基层部队官兵进行调查。研究发现:现阶段基层部队游泳训练主要面临教练水平专业化、训练过程合理化、学员体能适应化、场地设施匮乏化、意志品质薄弱化五种主要困境的掣肘,可采取“引进来”和“走出去”相结合的教练培养模式、“借鉴式”向“定制式”转变化的训练过程制定、“外购买”与“自研制”相融合的场地设施开发三种突破策略打破困境,开拓基层部队游泳训练新气象。While the Chinese military team won the first prize in the swimming event of the 7th Military Games,the grassroots swimming training was in trouble.How to break through the dilemma of swimming training in grassroots units has become a difficult problem in grassroots training.This paper investigates 60 officers and soldiers of the grassroots units through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The study finds that at the present stage,the swimming training of grassroots units mainly faces the constraints of five major dilemmas,such as professionalization of coaching level,rationalization of training process,adaptability of trainees,lack of venue facilities,and weakened will quality.Three breakthrough strategies,including the training model of coaching combined with“going out”,the development of a training process that changes from“reference”to“customized”,and the development of venues and facilities that combine“outsourcing”and“self-development”,could be used to break the dilemma and open up grassroots troops for swimming training.
