磁珠压耳穴联合引阳入阴按摩对阴虚阳亢型高血压失眠患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨磁珠压耳穴联合引阳入阴按摩对阴虛阳亢型高血压失眠患者的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年10月124例阴虛阳亢型高血压失眠患者,并采取随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(62例)患者采取常规治疗及护理,观察组(62例)患者在对照组基础上采取磁珠压耳穴联合引阳入阴按摩干预。比较两组患者临床疗效及睡眠质量。结果干预后观察组患者总有效率和匹兹堡睡眠指数量表评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磁珠压耳穴联合引阳入阴按摩对改善阴虚阳亢型高血压失眠患者的睡眠质量有重要作用,可有效增强患者的治疗效果,值得广泛推广和临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with massage of inducing Yang into Yin on insomnia patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type.Methods In this study,124 cases of insomnia with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.62 patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing.In the observation group,62 patients were treated with auricular point pressing and bean pressing combined with massage.The clinical effect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the total efective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of Pittsburgh sleep index scale in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05)。After intervention,polysomnography monitoring results in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point embedding seeds combined with Yinyang acupoint massage can improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity hypertension,and can effectively enhance the therapeutic efct of patients.It is worth popularizing and clinical application.
