多点小切口松弛挂线联合内口切开术治疗肛周脓肿的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多点小切口松弛挂线联合内口切开术治疗肛周脓肿临床疗效。方法回顾性分析92例行多点小切口松弛挂线术联合内口切开术肛周脓肿患者的临床有效性及安全性。结果92例患者中86例一次性治愈,3例二次手术治愈,均无肛门失禁、肛门潮湿、肛门狭窄等后遗症,3例失访。此疗法采取小切口切开排脓,减小手术创伤,缩短愈合时间;同时内口切开,避免形成肛瘘,患者再次遭受手术的痛苦,对肛门功能及形态有较好的保护作用。结论多点小切口松弛挂线术联合内口切开术可以有效治疗肛周脓肿,具有安全性高,复发率低,有效地节省社会医疗资源的优点。Objective To explore clinical effect of anorectal abcess with multiple minimal incisions,loose seton and internal incision.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical efficacy and safety of 92 patients with anorectal abscess treated with multiple minimal incisions,loose seton and internal opening incision.Results 86 patients were cured at first time and 3 were cured by the second operation among the 92 patients,without fecal incontinence,anal dampness,anal stenosis and so on.This procedure including multiple minimal incisions and drainage on the anorectal absces was a minimal invasive surgery,it shortened the healing time.At the same time,internal opening incision avoided the formation of anal fistula and the patient suffred from the pain of surgery again,which had a good protective effect on anal function and morphology.Conclusion Multiple minimal incisions,loose seton andinternal opening incision can effectively treat anorectal abscess,and there are many advantages,high safety,low recurrence rate and effective saving of social medical resources.
