摘 要:目的探讨三七总皂苷对炎性内脏痛大鼠星形胶质细胞的影响及其作用机制。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(6只)、生理盐水组(12只)及三七总皂苷组(12只)三个组别。对照组的大鼠不进行处理,生理盐水组的SD大鼠腹腔注射NS进行预处理,三七总皂苷组的大鼠腹腔注射七总皂苷预处理后建立炎性内脏痛模型,对三组大鼠的扭体次数及RAS、GFAP的表达水平进行研究分析。结果三七总皂苷能显著降低内脏痛,三七总皂苷组大鼠的旋转次数明显低于生理盐水组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三七皂苷组大鼠RAS的表达水平明显低于生理盐水组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三七总皂苷能够在一定程度上降低GFAP的表达,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预先注射三七能够在一定程度上减轻大鼠急性内脏痛,可能与抑制胶质细胞的激活有关,三七总皂苷在炎性内脏疼痛方;面具有较大的应用价值,值得应用及推广。Objective To investigate the efeete and the mechanism of panax notoginseng saponins(PNS)on atrocytes in rats with infammatory visceral pain.Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into control group(6 rats),normal saline group(12 rats)and PNS group(12 rats).The rats were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline(normal saline group)and PNS(Panax notoginseng saponins group)respectively before the establishment of the inflammatory visceral pain model.The rotation times and the expression levels of RAS and GFAP of the rats were studied.Results PNs sigificantly reduced visceral pain.The rotation times of rats in PNS group was significantly lower than that in the saline group(P<0.05);the expression level of RAS in PNS group was signifcantly lower than that in saline group(P<0.05);PNS reduced the expression of GFAP to a certain extent(P<0.05).Conclusion Preinjction of panax notoginseng saponins can aleviate acute visceral pain in rats to a certain extent by inhibiting the activation of glial cell.Panax notoginseng saponins have great application value in the field of infammatory visceral pain,which is worthy of application and popularization.
