自制儿踝消肿止痛膏结合手法理筋治疗儿童Ⅰ〜Ⅱ度急性外踝扭伤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察手法理筋结合自制儿踝消肿止痛膏贴數对照常规PRICE疗法治疗儿童Ⅰ〜Ⅱ度急性外踝扭伤的临床疗效。方法急性外踝扭伤儿童患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组予常规PRICE疗法治疗,治疗组给予自制儿踝消肿止痛膏贴敷并结合中医手法理筋,观察两组治疗3d后的剂型症状疼痛的VAS评分,并观察治疗3周后两组的总体临床疗效、踝与后足功能的AOFAS评分。结果治疗组治疗3d后患儿疼痛的VAS评分以及评分等级显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3周后治疗组患儿总有效率、踝与后足功能的AOFAS评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法理筋结合自制儿踝消肿止痛膏贴敷治疗儿童急性外踝扭伤能显著减轻患儿的疼痛症状,显著提高临床疗效并改善踝关节及后足功能。Objective To observe the clinical efct of manipulative treatment of tendons combined with self-made Xiaozhongzhitong plaster of ankle to treat children withⅠ〜Ⅱdegree acute lateral malleolus sprain compared with conventional PRICE therpy.Methods 84 children with acute lateral ankle sprain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional PRICE therapy,and the treatment group was treated with self-made Xiaozhongzhitong plaster of Ankle combined with TCM manipulation.The VAS scores of the dosage form symptoms and pain of the two groups after 3 days of treatment,the overall clinical fficacy of the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment,and the AOFAS scores of ankle and hindfoot function were observed.Results After 3 days of treatment,the excellent and good rate of pain VAS scores and scoring grades in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate and the AOFAS scores of ankle and hindfoot function in the treatment group were all significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of acute lateral ankle sprains in children with manipulation of tendons combined with self-made Xiaozhongzhitong plaster of ankle ointment can significantly reduce the pain symptoms of children,significantly improve the clinical eficacy and improve the ankle joint and hindfoot function.
