摘  要:评估了北京门头沟区鲁矿南区的生活垃圾焚烧底灰作为辅助胶凝材料制备墙体材料的可行性。取水洗底灰掺量等质量替代10%~50%水泥掺量,研究水洗底灰在正常稠度下搅拌时间、物理性能和水化特性的影响;采用物理活化、化学活化方式对水洗底灰进行胶凝性能激发试验。结果表明:底灰具有胶凝活性,水洗底灰基墙体材料在需水量和凝结时间是不同的,水洗底灰对物理性能起负面作用,需控制水洗底灰掺量在20%~40%,活化水洗底灰可以提升底灰胶凝性能,化学活化可以有效提升墙体材料胶凝性能,达到《普通混凝土小型空心砌块强度等级》(GB 8239—1997)MU7.5的标准。The feasibility of using municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash as an auxiliary cementing material to prepare wall materials in the southern part of Luneng District of Beijing was evaluated.The quality of water-washed bottom ash was used to replace 10%~50%cement content to study the water-washed bottom ash.The effect of stirring time,physical properties and hydration characteristics under normal consistency was studied.The gelation performance of the washed bottom ash was tested by physical activation and chemical activation.The results show that the bottom ash has gelling activity,and the water-washing ash-based wall material has different water demand and setting time.The washed bottom ash has a negative effect on the physical properties,and the amount of washed bottom ash is controlled to be 20%~40%.Activated water-washed bottom ash can improve the gelling performance of the bottom ash.Chemical activation can effectively improve the gelling performance of the wall material,and meet the standard of GB 8239—1997“General concrete small hollow block strength grade”MU7.5.
