摘  要:理论研究和运行实践表明,电力电容器成套装置的运行故障率明显高于其他变电设备。为实现电力电容器的故障预警,通过从母线侧电压互感器获取电压信号、回路电流互感器获取电流信号,研究电力电容器电容量C值监测的新型技术方案,确定其预警阈值。并通过监测成套装置消耗的有功功率以甄别串联电抗器是否存在故障,保证了电容量C值监测的精度。运用电磁暂态仿真软件ATP-EMTP对电力电容器故障进行了仿真。仿真及现场应用表明:提出的电容量C值在线监测技术能准确有效地对电力电容器故障进行预警,克服了现有监测方案受放电元件选型的限制,具有接线简单、适用范围广等优点。The theoretical research and operation practice show that the failure rate of power capacitor assembly is obviously higher than that of the other substation equipment.In order to realize the fault early warning of power capacitors,a new technical scheme for monitoring capacitance C value of power capacitors is studied to determine the warning threshold by getting voltage signals from the bus⁃side voltage transformer and current signals from the loop current transformer.In addition,the active power consumed by the assembly is monitored to identify the failure of the series reactor,so as to ensure the accuracy of the capacitance C value monitoring.The fault of power capacitor is simulated by electromagnetic transient simulation software ATP⁃EMTP.The simulation and field application show that the proposed technology of capacitance C value on⁃line monitoring can accurately and effectively warn power capacitor faults,and overcome the existing scheme′s monitoring limitations due to the selection of discharge components.In addition,it has the advantages of simple wiring and wide application range.
