摘 要:煤炭粗放式的使用和燃烧,不仅造成能源浪费,而且带来了一系列的环境问题。因此大力开发应用和推广洁净煤技术是至关重要的。主要考察了不同固硫添加剂对烟煤固硫率的影响,以及分析了固硫剂的固硫机理。结果表明,钙基固硫剂固硫率随着钙硫比的增大逐渐提高,其中,Ca(OH)2固硫率最大,CaO次之,CaCO 3最小;当SiO 2作为添加剂时,对CaO固硫率的促进作用最大;复合固硫剂的添加,能有效降低SO 2释放峰值,在型煤燃烧过程中有较好的固硫作用。本研究能够为煤炭洁净化利用提供理论和实验依据。The extensive use and combustion of coal not only causes energy waste,but also brings a series of environmental problems.Therefore,it is very important to develop and popularize clean coal technology.The effect of different sulfur fixing additives on the sulfur fixation rate of bituminous coal was investigated,and the sulfur fixation mechanism of sulfur fixing agent was analyzed.The results show that the sulfur fixation rate of calcium based sulfur fixing agent increases gradually with the increase of calcium sulfur ratio,among which Ca(OH)2 has the largest sulfur fixation rate,followed by CaO,and CaC03 is the smallest.When SiO2 is used as additive,the promotion effect on CaO sulfur fixation rate is the largest.The addition of composite sulfur fixing agent can effectively reduce the emission peak of SO2,which has a good sulfur fixation effect in the combustion process of briquette.This study can provide theoretical and experimental basis for clean utilization of coal.
