摘　　要：为解决焦炉煤气中H 2S腐蚀管道、污染环境的问题,在对当前焦炉煤气脱硫工艺对比的基础上,结合我公司焦炉煤气中H 2S的含量最终确定最佳脱硫工艺,并对该脱硫工艺的具体实施方案和设备材质进行设计,最终对碳酸钠+PDS脱硫工艺的脱硫效果进行验证。In order to solve the problem that H 2S in coke oven gas corrodes pipelines and pollutes the environment,based on the comparison of current desulfurization processes of coke oven gas,combined with the content of H 2S in coke oven gas of our company,the best desulfurization process is finally determined.The specific implementation scheme and equipment material of the desulfurization process are designed,and the desulfurization effect of sodium carbonate+PDS desulfurization process is verified.
