摘  要:针对当前乳化液浓度控制精度低、响应速度慢的问题,提出将乳化液配制系统安装于地面并采用远程集中供液系统实现乳化液向综采工作面的运输。此外,为降低乳化液的配制成本和提高矿井水的利用率,采用发渗透法对矿井水处理后使其达到制备乳化液的纯水要求,为保障综采工作面安全、高效、稳定的生产奠定了基础。In view of the low precision and slow response of emulsion concentration control,the emulsion preparation system is installed on the ground and the remote centralized liquid supply system is adopted to realize the transportation of emulsion to the fully mechanized mining face.In addition,in order to reduce the preparation cost of emulsion and improve the utilization rate of mine water,the method of hair permeation is used to treat the mine water to meet the requirements of pure water for emulsion preparation,which lays a foundation for the safe,efficient and stable production of fully mechanized mining face.
