摘 要:我国是煤炭储量大国,煤炭分布范围广,地质条件复杂,为了进一步拓展煤炭开采范围,各种急斜煤层不断投入开发,但受地质条件和开采方法的限制,急斜煤层中的煤体的回采率低,开采效率低下,不仅给煤矿井下的综采作业带来了较大的安全隐患也严重影响了急斜煤层中的煤炭的综采效率。通过对急斜煤层中煤炭的移运规律的研究针对性地提出了提高急斜煤层综采效率的方法,实际应用表明当采用600 mm步距的情况下能够显著降低井下的移架次数,降低煤体阻力,节约开采工时,提升井下的综采作业效率。China is a big country of coal reserves,coal distribution is wide,and geological conditions are complex.In order to further expand the scope of coal mining,all kinds of steeply inclined coal seams are constantly put into development,but restricted by geological conditions and mining methods,the recovery rate of coal body in steep coal seam is low and the mining efficiency is low,which not only brings great potential safety hazard to the fully mechanized mining operation in underground coal mine,but also seriously affects the comprehensive mining efficiency of coal in steep seam.Through the research on the law of coal movement and transportation in steep coal seam,the method to improve the fully mechanized mining efficiency of steep coal seam is put forward.The practical application shows that when adopting 600 mm step distance,it can significantly reduce the times of moving frame,reduce the resistance of coal body,save working hours and improve the efficiency of fully mechanized mining.
