摘　　要：煤气初冷器是煤气净化工段的主要设备,煤气初冷器冷却能力的好坏,直接影响煤气系统的运行温度和后序的焦油回收。通过对煤气初冷器结萘堵塞的原因的分析和调查,并结合实际的工程技术改造案例,找出预防和解决初冷器结萘堵塞的途径与方法。The gas primary cooler is the main equipment of the gas purification workshop.The cooling capacity of the gas primary cooler directly affects the operating temperature of the gas system and the subsequent tar recovery.Based on the analysis and investigation of the causes of naphthalene blockage in the gas primary cooler,and combined with practical engineering and technical renovation cases,the ways and methods to prevent and solve the naphthalene blockage in the primary cooler are found out.
