摘　　要：以正丁醇为内标物,使用DB-624毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,建立了检测合成反应中间体2,2-二甲基-3-羟基丙醛含量的气相色谱法。结果表明,该方法在0.05g/L^10g/L的浓度范围之内呈良好线性关系(R^2=0.99992),变异系数为0.218%,加标回收率在 98.9%~101%之间。该法简便、快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,可用于合成样品中2,2-二甲基-3-羟基丙醛含量的测定。A quantitative analytical method of 3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanal by GC equipped with DB-624 capillary column and FID detector using 1-butanol as internal standard reagent was developed.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanal was(R2=0.99992)at the level range from 0.05 to 10g/L;the variation coefficient was 0.218%;and the average recoveries was 98.9%~101%.The method is fast,sensitive,simple,reproducible and practical for the determination of 3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanal.
