摘 要:针对某铜钼锌铋多金属硫化矿中矿含砷高,给铜钼锌铋分选带来一定困难等问题,研究采用优先浮钼-浮铜-浮锌-摇床重选回收铋的工艺流程,在条件优化试验后进行了全流程试验。在原矿含钼0.22%、铜7.31%、锌2.76%、铋0.31%的条件下,获得了钼精矿钼品位47.79%、回收率73.85%,铜精矿铜品位23.69%、回收率96.82%,锌精矿锌品位46.19%、回收率69.28%,铋精矿铋品位15.38%、回收率38.70%的选别指标。Due to the high arsenic content in a copper-molybdenum-zinc-bismuth polymetallic sulfide ore,which renders it difficulty to separate copper,molybdenum-zinc-bismuth,this paper studies the technological process of preferential molybdenum flotation-copper flotation-zinc flotation-shaking table gravity separation to recover bismuth.The whole process test was carried out upon the condition optimization test.Under the condition of raw ore containing 0.22%molybdenum,7.31%copper,2.76%zinc and 0.31%bismuth,molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 47.79%and recovery rate of 73.85%,copper concentrate with copper grade of 23.69%and recovery rate of 96.82%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 46.19%and recovery rate of 69.28%and bismuth were obtained.
