摘　　要：针对客户在采用公司生产的汽车零部件阀芯用6061-T6?17.1 mm棒材进行金相组织检测时出现的问题,采用GB/T 3246.1-2012《变形铝及铝合金制品组织检验方法》推荐以及相关文献资料介绍的铝合金浸蚀剂,通过对各种金相浸蚀剂的验证对比,找出了本材料金相组织最佳浸蚀剂为Weck试剂+25%HNO3溶液。经此浸蚀剂浸蚀后的试样表面色泽光亮,组织晶粒细小,晶界轮廓清晰,所得金相组织浸蚀效果满足了客户要求。试验发现,Weck浸蚀剂同样也适用于均匀化圆铸锭金相检测分析,采用Weck试剂浸蚀后均获得较完美的金相组织浸蚀效果。建议在修订新版《GB/T 3246.1变形铝及铝合金制品组织检验方法》时,纳入Weck浸蚀剂。6061-T6?17.1 mm bar is applying to auto parts valve core by our clients.During the microstructure testing analysis,the aluminium alloy reagent that recommened by GB/T3246.1-2012 Inspection method for wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy products and related document literature,by comparing the verification of alloy reagent,we found that the best reagent is Weck’s reagent plus 25%HNO3 fluid/solution.The specimen surface is bright after eroded,tiny grain structure,the outline of grain boundary is clear,the good effect was praised and recognized by customers.The same Weck’s reagent also had a good effect in applying to the testing of homogenzing round billets in the testing center,such as 2017,5052,6063,7050 round billets,all got a perfect microtructure erosion effect after using Weck’s reagent,this can be used as reference in analyzing microtructure in aluminum industry.It’s suggested that the Weck’s reagent is included when revise in new edition of GB/T 3246.1 Inspection method for wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy products.
