摘 要:介绍了偏析法提纯的基本原理,并对影响偏析法精铝生产提纯效果的因素进行探究。结果显示,偏析法精铝提纯对主要杂质元素的平均去除率大小排序为Fe>Si>Ga>Zn,杂质元素去除率均在一定范围内波动,偏析法提纯能力存在一定的局限性。影响提纯时间因素的关系为:电解铝液温度越低,提纯时间越短;铝液温度一定时,坩埚温度越高越均匀,提纯时间越短;提纯炉冷却能力越强,提纯时间越短;搅拌速度越快,提纯时间越短。影响提纯纯度的关系为:原始纯度越高,提纯纯度越高;铝液重量越重,提纯纯度越高。The basic principle of purification segregation laws were introduced in this paper,and the factors influencing the segregation law of pure aluminum production purification effect were also investigated.The results show that the average removal rate of the main impurity elements by the segregation method is ranked as follows:Fe%>Si%>Ga%>Zn%.The removal rate of impurity elements are within a certain range,and the visible segregation method of purification ability has certain limitation.The relationship between the factors affecting the purification time was as follows:the lower the temperature of electrolytic aluminum solution,the shorter the purification time;the higher the temperature is,the more uniform the crucible is and the shorter the purification time is;the stronger the cooling capacity is,the shorter the purification time is;the faster the stirring speed,the shorter the purification time.The relation of affecting purification purity is:the higher the original purity,the higher the purification purity;the heavier the liquid is,the higher the purity is.
