三层滤料滤池优化设计的探讨

摘　　要：三层滤料滤池设计涉及诸多因素,滤床、集配水系统、反冲洗系统的设计直接关乎滤池的过滤性能和过滤效率。文章通过对三层滤料滤池工程应用及运行经验的分析,探讨了三层滤料滤池滤床设计、滤料选择与级配、集配水系统、反冲洗系统的设计问题及设计参数的选取,对工程技术人员设计和改扩建三层滤料滤池有所助益。Many factors were involved in the design of triple media filter.the design of the filter bed and the water collection and distribution system and the backwashing system is directly related to the filtration performance and efficiency of the filter.Through the analysis of the engineering application and operation experience of triple media filter,many aspects were discussed in this paper such as the design of the filter bed,the selection and gradation of filter material,the water collection and distribution system,the design of backwashing system and the selection of design parameters,which can help the engineers and technicians with the design and expansion of triple media filter.
