摘　　要：乳房皮下腺体切除术治疗早期乳腺癌已在临床上广泛开展,但手术瘢痕影响外观且对上肢活动产生限制。腔镜技术则可以有效缩短切口长度、隐藏切口,在对美容效果要求较高的乳腺外科中有较为广阔的应用空间。将腔镜技术与乳房皮下腺体切除术相结合,采用单孔充气法将乳房和腋窝的切口合二为一,缩短为一长度仅为2.5cm的单孔切口,在保证肿瘤安全性的同时,实现了美容效果的最大化。ubcutaneous mastectomy has been widely used in early breast cancer.Endoscopic technique can effectively shorten the length of incision and hide the incision,so that it has a wide application in breast surgery,which requires high cosmetic effect.The authors combined the endoscopic technique with the subcutaneous mastectomy and adopted the method of single port inflated endoscopic.It could combine the incision of the breast and the axilla into one,and shorten it to a single hole incision with a length of only 2.5 cm,which could ensure the safety of the tumor and maximize the beauty effect.
