摘 要:针对满铺机织地毯易起鼓、保形性差的问题,采用加筋工艺与地毯织造相结合的方式,以高强低伸材料作为加筋纱在地毯的主应变方向(经向)间隔织入,织造了6种不同加筋密度的经向加筋满铺机织地毯。分别对加筋前后地毯经向的拉伸性能,如断裂伸长率、弹性模量、蠕变伸长率和塑性变形率等进行了测试,对拉伸性能与经向加筋密度之间的相关性进行了分析,并得出经向加筋地毯拉伸性能与加筋密度的回归方程。结果显示:当加筋密度为46根/m时,地毯的抗拉伸性能最好,断裂伸长率为16.535%,弹性模量为0.434 N/mm^2,不同定负荷下的蠕变伸长率和塑性变形率均为最低值。In view of the practical problems of easy bulging and poor conformality of full-laid woven carpets,the reinforced technology and the carpet weaving are reasonably combined,and the high-strength and low-stretch materials are used as the reinforced yarn in the main strain direction of the carpet-the warp spacing is woven to weave six kinds of warp-reinforced woven carpets with different densities. The elongation at break,modulus of elasticity,creep elongation and plastic deformation rate of the warp tensile properties of the carpet before and after reinforcement are tested,the correlation between the tensile properties and the warp reinforced density is analyzed,and the regression equation of the tensile properties and the reinforced density of the warp reinforced carpet is analyzed. The results show that when the reinforced density is 46/m,the tensile strength of the carpet is the best,the elongation at break is 16. 535%,the elastic modulus is 0. 434 N/mm^2,and the creep elongation and the plastic deformation rate are the lowest under different constant load.
