摘 要:对运动压力袜的横拉和压力进行了相关性研究。先织造筒段,探讨了橡筋送纱速度和针筒密度与横拉之间的变化规律;然后设计了30组运动压力袜试织试验并进行了压力和横拉测试;最后对运动压力袜的横拉和压力进行了相关性分析。结果表明:橡筋送纱速度越大,横拉越大;针筒密度越大,纵向尺寸越大,横向尺寸越小,横拉越小;运动压力袜的横拉和压力呈显著负相关,并统计分析得出了横拉和压力的回归方程。The correlation between horizontal tension and pressure of sports compression stocking is studied.Firstly,the change rule between control parameters(rubber feeding speed and needle density)and horizontal tension of hosiery machine is discussed.Secondly,through the combination of two parameters at different levels,a total of 30 groups of sports pressure socks are designed,and the pressure and transverse tension tests are carried out.Finally,the correlation analysis on horizontal tension and pressure advance of sports compression stocking is carried out.The results show that the bigger the speed of rubber yarn feeding is,the bigger the transverse drawing is;the bigger the density of needle barrel is,the bigger the longitudinal dimension is,the smaller the transverse dimension is and the smaller the transverse drawing is.Horizontal tension of sports compression stocking is negatively correlated with pressure.The regression equation of horizontal tension and pressure is obtained through statistical analysis.
