摘　　要：为开发一种高档舒适型夏季衬衫面料,选用9.7tex“超仿棉”/天丝/竹浆纤维45/30/25混纺纱进行织造。阐述了“超仿棉”纤维的特殊性能及其与纤维素纤维混纺的理由。介绍了织物产品设计,包括织物规格、组织和配色。对其主要生产工艺参数,如络筒整经、浆纱及喷气织造等工序作了重点介绍。试纺结果显示:该面料下机一等品率达到75%以上,织造效率达到90%以上。In order to develop high-grade comfortable summer shirt fabric,the blending ratio of"superimitated cotton","Tencel"and cotton fiber is chosen 45/30/25 with yarn size of 9.7 tex as warp and weft yarn material.The special properties of superimitated cotton fibers and the reasons why they must be blended with cellulose fibers are briefly introduced.The design of fabric products,such as fabric specifications,texture and color matching are described.The main production technologies,such as winding,warping,sizing and air-jet weaving are introduced.The trial spinning results show that the first-class product rate of the fabric is more than 75%and the weaving efficiency is more than 90%.
